What is included in my order? 

Each QUICKFEET order, through www.quickfeet.net, consists of two boxes: One brown box with QUICKFEET Trainer including carry bag, material list, free app including instructions, Trainer set up instructions, coach platform login. The second white box includes the QUICKFEET tech including 8 football sensors and cables. 

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Packages leave everyday from the depot in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where QUICKFEET is shipped. If you order before 16:00 CEST time your order will be shipped the same working day. If you order on Friday after 16:00 CEST time your order will be shipped next Monday. 

How and for what purpose can I contact a QUICKFEET coach?

We can be reached on working days between 09:00 and 18:00 CEST time. You can contact us with questions about your order, set up instructions, product specifications and benefits and with questions regarding your training, the app or QUICKFEET academy. How do I receive shipping information? 

After placing the order on working days, before Friday 16:00 CEST time, clients will receive the tracking link within 12 hours by email. If you didn’t get any information within 18 hours please get in touch with us through info@quickfeet.net. or send us a message through WhatsApp. 

From where and how will my package be shipped? 

Currently all orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Rotterdam, the Netherlands with PostNL. Each package can be tracked through www.internationalparceltracking.com.
